    This once great destination has gone way downhill. They didn't honor our reservation for a room with two queen beds and instead gave us a king for a family of four. This meant our two teenagers had to sleep on cots. The hotel was grossly overcrowded causing major crowds and lines at every turn. The pool was overflowing with people and seemed like a hazard to anyone brave enough to swim. Valet was horrendous , retrieving our car took half an hour. Housekeeping was marginal at best as we never got fresh towels upon cleaning. I strongly suggest you make plans to stay at a different hotel... More...
